KOL Leader
- Min. 3 or 4 years of working experience as KOL Specialist Leader or similar role. Preferably from brand, agencies, media, FMCG and beauty.
- Great team management skill
- Great communication skill
- Good at identifying trends and KOLS in social media platforms.
- Excellent in negotiation and attention to detail
- Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
- Willingness to quickly learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced & high demanding environment
- Willing to be placed in East Jakarta

Job Description:
- Lead KOL Specialist Team in achieving KOL and marketing campaign targets
- Tracking KOL Specialist Team performance
- Analyze and strategize to optimize KOL Specialist Team performance and results
- Build relationships with new and existing KOLs, foster connections
- Negotiate partnership agreements, compensation, brief with KOLs
- Collaborate with KOLs to create campaign, events, or contents that align with brands
- Building Relationships: Reach out to KOLs, foster connections, and understand their interests.

Social Media Leader
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Preferably from brand, agencies, media, FMCG and beauty.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Metricool, etc) and analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Creativity and a keen eye for visual and written content
- Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying instructions, sharing information, and providing feedback.

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Content Creative: Create engaging content, including text, image, and video posts, that resonates with the resort's target audience and drives engagement.

Content Creation: Create and curate engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video, that resonates with our target audience across various social media platforms. And oversee the production team to be able to comply with the social media strategy plan created

Community Engagement: Interact with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community and engagement around our brand.

Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and reach.

Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and conversations relevant to our brand, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, generating reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts and making data-driven improvements.

Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation.

Internal Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency across all communications channels.

External Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships regularly with influencers, media, or any other external parties to amplify the resort's online presence and reach.
